Can one hundred progressives each give $27 to help me prepare for and be at the 2016 Democratic National Convention pushing for Senator Bernie Sanders' values.
I'm honored and humbled to have been elected as a Washington State delegate for Bernie to the 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, Pennyslvania in late July.
There I will be pushing forward Bernie's platform and sharing his vision for a future to believe in, notwithstanding, in addition, any opportunity to bring him the nomination.
Our common goal as Democrats is in defeating the GOP's presidential nominee.
The estimated cost of this entire venture is estimated at $5,000.00. I have raised nearly half of that already through other efforts, leaving just about $2,700.00 left on my goal.
I have not before felt such an important time had arrived to help fellow citizens prevent the country from heading into decline and obscurity and instead bring about a future of health, equality and economic prosperity. I continue to work with local youth, partnering them with veterans, as as helped me in the past and currently, to bring fresh voices to the democratic party and access for the underrepresented.

I will work Friday evening 22 July, then on Saturday get my one-eyed Jack Russell "Humbao" situated and fly out that evening. I will be in Philadelphia 7/24 through 7/29.
