Scotts Funeral and Expenses for Son
My brother Scott passed away unexpectedly Monday and leaves behind a 14 yr old son, a 27 yr old daughter and 3 grandchildren. He did not have life insurance or any arrangements made or anything of value to sell. It is with a hevy heart that I have to post this but we are in need for assistance.
Scott leaves behind a 14 yr old son who will be staying with me and my husband. We have to hire an attorney that we cannot afford along with trying to pay for burial expenses. Even though he didn't have insurance he was an organ donor and is going to live on through alot of people who are in need. What he couldn't provide for in life he will certainly make up for in his death by his donations.
Scott was loved by many, hated by few and cared about everyone. No matter the situation or circumstances he always had a smile to give, a hug to offer and love in his heart for his family and friends. He had fallen on hard times recently and was trying his hardest to make things better for him and his son.
He was a beliver in God and had even be recently rebaptisted and dedicated to GOD. It is so heart breaking and unexpected loss that words cannot describe. As I am sitting here typing this I am at a true loss for words. I keep thinking this is all a bad dream but it isn't.
I ask that you please help us and our family in this time of need no matter how small all is appreciated and welcomed. I not only have his funeral to arrange but now I have his child to raise as well because his brother and I are all that is left. We don't have any money to pay for these things and that is why I ask you to please look in your heart and help in anyway you can. Please share to help us lay my brother to rest and help provide for his son.
