Year long in the making jazz CD

Thank you for visiting my GoFundMe site.
My goal is to complete my second album, called "“ "The Second Time Around."
I have spent quite a bit of time thinking which songs I want on this next album, including an original. As for my background, I have a BA in music, and for the last several years I have been performing at small intimate venues as well as larger outdoor events.
Each time I sing, I learn more about my craft, and I gain a new appreciation for the amazing music and talented musicians with whom I work. It's such a thrill and an honor to perform so many wonderful songs and for that reason I want to share my love of jazz with all of you.
They say it takes a village to raise a child. Well it takes many hard working individuals moving toward the same common goal to create a CD. Among those needed are the studio musicians, the engineers, the mixing and mastering technicians, the graphic artists, photographers, and marketing people. It really is a village.
Here are the costs:
• Musicians ($1600)
• Arranging ($1250)
• Producing ($1250)
• Recording studios ($1100)
• Recording engineers ($500)
• Mixing ($1500)
• Mastering ($500)
• Song license fees ($1500)
• Artwork and Design ($500)
• Duplication/CD Manufacturing ($1400)
Supporter Appreciation
$25 level: You will receive a special autographed CD that comes out before the CD comes out for sale.
$100 level: You get a special pre-release autographed CD and listed as a Gold Star Contributor on the CD’s liner notes.
$250 level: All of the above, AND you get a pre-release CD, a listing as a Gold Star Contributor on the CD’s liner notes, and your own video of Sarah singing your favorite song.
$500 level: All of the above plus a private 1-hour concert (piano/vocals) with Sarah and piano (on the Olympic Peninsula).
$1000 level: A special pre-release autographed CD, a listing as a Gold Star Contributor on the CD’s liner notes, a video of Sarah singing your favorite song, a Private House Party or Event (2 hours) with Sarah and Chez Jazz (Olympic Peninsula).
My dream is to make this CD come to life. It all starts with your help.
William Cowper, a poet in the 1700s wrote:
"There is in souls a sympathy with sounds
And as the mind is pitch'd the ear is pleased
Some chord in unison with what we hear
Is touch'd within us, and the heart replies."
My vision is that "The Second Time Around" will touch many hearts.
