South Osborne Permaculture Startup
Help us grow a movement of sustainable urban agriculture in Winnipeg, MB.
We are a worker co-operative growing food in Winnipeg. Members, volunteers and residents share the harvest. We deliver fruits, vegetables and wild edibles to local organizations.
We build capacity, community, and soil. Using permaculture principles, we develop gardens on public land. We plant trees, shrubs and annuals on underused property. We focus on perennials. Apple, garlic and sunchoke are a few of our favourites. We steward one acre intensively but harvest fresh, local and nutritious produce from dozens.

Want to help?
· Contribute to our labour fund. To scale up, we need $10,000 this spring for steward and apprentice salaries. This will allow us to hire more farmers and grow more urban, chemical-free and land-healing produce. Invest in local food here.
