Dear Community, Family, Friends and Supporters -
We are excited to share that Spirit of Excellence (S.O.E.) has received a national BID to compete at the world renown Varsity SUMMIT Allstar Cheerleading and Dance championships in Orlando, Florida! The competition will be held on May 11th-13th, 2018 at the Walt Disney World Resort. We are excited that Spirit of Excellence will be among the nation’s top programs representing Columbia, Missouri. Spirit of Excellence is also one of Columbia’s very FIRST allstar cheerleading teams to receive this honor. We greatly need the unified support of our community to help make this dream come true for our phenomenal athletes, staff and families.
Since January 2011, Spirit of Excellence's ground-breaking approach has offered elite athletic training and holistic empowerment to over 120 children and youth. Program success has proven to cultivate each athlete's "depth potential" enhancing their growth in 5 key milestone areas: empowerment, health, education, mentorship and leadership. Spirit of Excellence has won over 55 regional and national titles ranking consistently since its’ inception. “S.O.E.” is known in the industry for ingenuity in choreography, poised showmanship and excellent skill technique.
Spirit of Excellence athletes are challenged beyond barriers. The road to reach the "Summit" has taken 7 years, with current athletes training between 2-4 years (minimum) to conquer this opportunity. Dedication, loyalty and commitment is inside Spirit of Excellence's DNA! We are thankful and blessed to finally reach the next phase of elevation and manifestation from longevity, hard work and perservance.
Will you join the movement to impact this generation and prepare our future leaders for success?
Funds donated will help cover a portion* of the total expense required for Spirit of Excellence to make it to Orlando, Florida. Staff and parents still have additional expenses to personally cover for athletes and program needs to make this opportunity carry-forth. So, EVERY DONATION MATTERS and we really appreciate everyone's sacrifice to share a contribution with SOE!
