St. John's Gay Men's Chorus is a non-auditioned community choir for LGBTQ men and allies based in St. John's, NL. We are still a new and small group, but we have been able to make some connections with other LGBTQ choirs in and outside of Canada since our launch in 2017.
One of those connections is the Unison Festival. It is the national LGBTQ choral festival which is held every 4 years, and we are invited to go to Calgary in May, 2018 to represent the province of Newfoundland and Labrador!
But as you know, we have to fly to Calgary, and it is very expensive. As a community group, it is very difficult for some members to cover such a huge expense on their own.
It doesn’t matter how much you donate. Any amount is helpful and we will love you forever!
