A BEAUTIFUL SISTAH (L.A) DONATED HER VEHICLE TO SISTAH SPACE FOR FREE TO MAKE SURE THAT VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC OR SEXUAL ABUSE CAN BE REACHED AT ANY TIME OF THE NIGHT OR DAY.
Sistah Space is a community led and run organisation that is dedicated to supporting African heritage women and girls who have been affected by domestic violence. This donation of a car is priceless. Ngozi is the Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) who has been volunteering her services to the community for over a year now. Sometimes it means travelling at all hours of the night and is very dangerous. This vehicle will enable us to reach more women, sooner.
BEFORE WE CAN COLLECT THIS PRECIOUS GIFT, WE HAVE TO SECURE INSURANCE, ROAD TAX AND A PERMIT. WE HAVE NO FUNDING AT ALL. NGOZI WILL BE THE PRIMARY DRIVER.
Sistah Space has recently had to walk away from four year funding because what was asked of us meant that we could not properly serve our community. We desperately need your support.
