The Royalty Institute of Leadership and Innovation
The Royalty Institute of Leadership and Innovation is a Private, All boys Leadership and Innovation development high school based in Christian principals. We are located in the Industrial District of Prince Georges County Maryland. Our goal is to educate the entire student through an innovative environment and course structure centered on students needs and interest.
The Royalty Institute of Leadership and Innovation is the institution that will prepare the future leaders of tomorrow with the innovative skill set needed to be successful, but more importantly lead their communities to success as well. Here at Royalty, we are kings, and our motto is simple… live your name. I want every young man who comes into Royalty to know who he is, and grow into what we know him to be, a king. Truthfully, The Royalty Institute came from a very simple desire… to keep our team together. What we ended up creating was a place we feel is the very best environment for developing the young men in our community. Royalty offers so much for our young men, from an individualized computer based curriculum to a leadership and development program that will train students in everything from social media etiquette to entrepreneurship in order to equip them for the changing world. It is my belief that there has never been a time where more change has occurred than the past 20 years, where I personally have gone from using a flip phone to an Iphone (and many other advances). At Royalty, we use an innovative approach to prepare our children for the way the world will look in the next 20 years.
It is my hope that as you read this, you are enticed to find out more about our institute. It is my hope that Royalty becomes the standard, the blueprint for preparing our young men. All that said, the very inception of Royalty is a message to your young man whether he ultimately attends Royalty or not… follow your dreams with no regrets. This principle is at the core of Royalty and is exemplified by the young people in the picture above. Whether a future chief of the fire department, NFL player, Barber or anywhere in between, I have always told my young people to set dreams so big that they scare small minds. We teach this through an appreciation of community and an understanding that the success of one is the success of all.
So, why royalty? I truly believe that question can be answered multiple ways. What do I think separates Royalty? The People… the genuine care for one another… the way we live and the way we love.
