This fund has been established as a result of the sudden and tragic loss of Richard (Rich) Meeboer on Saturday June 24th. Rich was a deeply loved husband, father, brother, son and friend.
The specific timing of this tragic accident left Rich without adequate life insurance coverage. This, combined with no access to any other death benefits due to the current inability to gain a death certificate, has left Rich's family in a very difficult financial situation. Not to mention his children that will be in post secondary education this fall.
We cannot ease their emotional pain, but together we can alleviate the immediate financial pressure placed on their household.
