Lets show less fortunate Edmontonians that WE CARE!
03/25/2017 The UPDATED mission:
Our pizza fundraiser was a great success! We brought hope and smiles to 60 hungry Edmontonians. This isn't just about providing food to the less fortunate, it is about showing them that we care. A treat as simple as pizza can be the extra encouragement that is needed to make it through another day on the streets!
Lets not stop here. There are many Edmontonians that need a little uplift in their life, not just those on the streets, but neglected children and the elderly as well.
In addition to providing pizza and treats for those who call the streets home, lets also pay it forward to include the neglected children of Edmonton. I plan to partner with toy companies to buy presents for the children in shelters and foster care.
Please help by sharing this Go Fund Me link! Any donation will go a long way in bringing more smiles to those in need! If you can't help financially but would like to volunteer your time, please contact me! The feeling of giving is probably the greatest joy in the world! If anyone has a connection with a toy store that is willing to help, please let me know as well!
The original mission:
1. Buy as many hot pizzas that we can afford
2. Spread the joy to all of the hungry homeless around Edmonton, Canada.
Excess funding will go towards better upkeep of these homeless:
1. Clothing and supplies
2. Haircuts and showers
3. Eventually helping bring the capable homeless back to work!
