LOT Endowment Philadelphia Chapter

In commemoration of the Philadelphia Chapter's 40th Anniversary, we are kicking off the Philadelphia LOT® Endowment Fund campaign which aims to ensure the sustainability of our Leaders’ of Tomorrow Program (LOT). The LOT program strives to improve the scholastic ability, business acumen and communication skills of African American youth between the ages of 13-18.
The Philadelphia Chapter LOT program is open to high school students in the Greater Philadelphia area including southern New Jersey and all of Delaware.
LOT provides the platform for instruction and coaching high school students in college preparation, leadership, public speaking, social engagement, and goal setting. The programming is designed to develop discipline, facilitate academic excellence and foster community service.
Students are given the opportunity to apply what they have learned by participating in high intensity national programs such as the annual National Business Case Competition and the LOT Success Boot-camp held in conjunction with the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) National Conference & Exposition. There are 30 LOT Chapters in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom. Collectively, over 8,000 minority high school students have been mentored through LOT and more than 95% of LOT graduates enroll in college.
One of the goals of the Philadelphia Chapter Executive Board is to improve the sustainability of the LOT program for years to come. We need your help! Your donation to help young African American students is a worthy investment into the lives of future global leaders. In celebration of our 40th anniversary, we invite you to join us in our preliminary fundraising event: "$40 for 40 Years of Excellence in Leadership Fundraising Campaign".
Thank you for your support of the Philadelphia LOT Program by supporting its efforts to change the tide for an African American student's futures.
