Petricoff Support

On May 29th, my 15 year old nephew Adin received life threatening injuries and has been in an intensive care unit. Everyone tells us that it is a miracle that he survived. He suffered multiple and extensive complex fractures, mostly in his face, and fractured his hip. All neurological testing has come back positive so far. The doctors have sedated him to keep him comfortable. Fortunately, he is medically stable enough that they have begun a series of complicated surgeries.

As you can imagine, this has been overwhelming and devastating for my sister and her family. No one can ever prepare you for this situation and they are needing to put their full attention on his complicated medical and emotional needs. They feel blessed to have so many people who care about Adin and the family. They are so grateful and deeply touched by the outpouring of love, support, and compassion for the situation.

Much of what is in front of them is unknown but it is now clear that Adin's recovery will be long and difficult. Cheryl and Andy are not great about asking for help but they accept that what is in front of them is greater than themselves. With their permission, I am running this "Go Fund Me" campaign to provide them with some financial support to assist with travel costs, unexpected expenses, and medical bills.
