Pete's Property Tax Settlement Fund

Hello my name is Pete Siegel. I live in Jurupa Valley/Riverside, Ca. I am a military veteran who served in the US Air Force and Air National Guard. Currently, I am a cancer patient and have degenerative disk disease in my entire back. I finished my radiation treatment at Los Angeles VA Hospital 2 months ago. I am Awaiting the results of my treatment at the end of June 2017. This last May 2017, I had my SSDI hearing and won my case. It takes 5 months for me to recieve my disibility pension. I haven't worked for about 5 years due to my disibility. I recieved a Notice of Impending Power to Sell Tax- Defaulted property on June 2, 2017 from the Riverside, County, Ca  Tax assesor's office. I got behind on my property tax. I am trying to raise $6000.00, although I need $4322.75 by the stop the sale by the end of June and make payments for the rest of the total bill. I am asking more to cover the 8%  GoFundMe fee and any additional fees that may arise. I owe a total of $12,563.62 to pay off my taxes. If I am able to stop the Tax Lien on my house, I believe I will be able to make payments for the rest of the bill when I recieve my SSDI 5 months from now. I have never asked for help before. I am in desperation. I don't want to loose my home. Any donation will be appreciated. I am thankful for what I get as it will help my situation.
