Patrick Colby Memorial Fund

Tragically on the morning of Wednesday, January 4th, 2017...the beautiful, loving, unique, brilliant, and irreplaceable Patrick Colby was taken from us suddenly and unexpectedly. Patrick was a loving and caring friend, son, brother and genuinely amazing and unforgettable person. Many people whose lives he deeply touched have felt this huge and heartbreaking loss. Words cannot describe how devastated we all are at this huge blow. His mother is heart shattered as one can only imagine losing a beloved child. His friends and family are still trying to grasp how this could have happened and trying to make sense of this as we try to grieve the loss of this unique beautiful man. We are asking for small contributions that could help fund a very special memorial for Patrick. We hope to celebrate his life in a way that reflects the deep respect and love we all had for him. Even the smallest contribution would help to make this happen.*

Nothing can ever replace our beloved, sweet and caring Patrick but at least this memorial will help us to deal with our grief and to pay our respects. Any funding over and above the cost of the memorial will be donated to a charity chosen by Patrick's family. The celebration of Patrick's life is planned for Sunday, January 29 2017, starting at 1:00 pm at the Croatian Cultural Centre. 3250 Commercial Drive, Vancouver B.C.



*all funds raised will go directly to Patrick's mother to help pay for the memorial, assist for any extraordinary or unexpected expenses related to the memorial and finally to contribute to a charity of choice by the family.
