Introducing Caffe Ora at PastaLuego
Some may know me as Isabella from Facebook.
Some may know me as Coco from PastaLuego.
I have been running PastaLuego for 3 years.
I did not start PastaLuego yet my previous experience with Italian Cuisine was a natural contribution. I was able to expand the very small menu. I was soon making all our own sauces, meatballs and ravioli fillings. I do all the cooking myself.
I have worked extremely hard towards this opportunity and the purchase of Luego has been the plan since the beginning.
May I mention the business is not for sale to anyone else. If I do not make this happen, Luego closes forever and we lose this awesome asset to our community. Everything in this store I care about. I spend hours trying to find the best products available to our area. Without any competition in our area there are no competitive prices for me. We have high end product and we try to keep the prices reasonable. What is reasonable, when most everything in the store is coming from Italy?
Where I need help is expanding services.
1) Deli counter
*Seamless counter ($2,000) in front of shop where customers may nosh and enjoy or awesome view of the Plaza
No more retail
Keep some grocery
2) Gelato
*Gelato case($3,500)
*counter and materials to serve ($2,000)
3) Espresso
*Espresso machine and equipment ($10,000)
After this point I would like to adjust our hours to accommodate the local restaurants.
I would like to close for most of January having the counters put in. If I can raise the funds quickly I could do all of my plans. I created a business plan for an espresso cart last year so I have everything ready. I purchased the name Caffe Ora,
Meaning COFFEE NOW.

I thank any and all that are willing to contribute. In January I will have tastings and planning meetings. I will invite all that have contributed. If there is something I can do for you please let me know. Tastings will include our sauces and pastas, vinegars and oils, olives, cheeses, meats and don't forget the garlic cheese bread.
