Summary:
On May 15 of 2019, our Papa Boy (Francisco “Boy”  Bañares Jr.) was rushed to the hospital because of severe back pain.  Medical personnel performed various medical tests, concluded that he has kidney stones. and then released him after 1 week of confinement.  After 2 weeks, he was rushed again to the hospital and confined because he can no longer move most parts of his body and it was determined by the doctors that he had severe internal bleeding.  On July 12, he was released but he was very weak and still can't move . At home, he was bedridden all the time and could not eat or drink. His weight dramatically decreased.

While resting at home, it was noticed that a large sore was visible on his lower back area. After a week, he was again rushed to the hospital with severe pain so the medical professionals performed a delicate surgery on his lower back. A 6" deep hole (warning: graphic image) was needed to be opened up on his lower back to remove a lot of fluids and infected tissues. Since after the operation, he has been complaining of severe pain due to the hole on his back and other 
complications.  Aside from the large hole on his back, he is also suffering from widespread sores and pain all over his body because of the severe arthritis and gouts. Even with pain-relief medications, he still experiences excruciating pain especially when his open wounds are being cleaned. Because of his lack of movements, his muscles are deteriorating because there is no proper circulation of blood. The longer he stays immobile, the worst its effects on his entire system. It is really heart-wrenching to see him go through those very painful procedures. 

Papa Boy needs our prayers and financial assistance so he can continue his recovery and follow-up visits to the hospital. His medicines, hospitalization, and doctors' fees are very expensive but he has very limited medical insurance coverage to pay for all these expenditures.  He really needs God's help and your help for him to fully recover.
