PG County NAACP - Jr. Youth Council

The Jr. Youth Council of the Prince Georges County NAACP Branch, youth participants range from the ages of 8-13.  Our mission is to teach children the importance of community service, critical thinking and leadership.  Our motto this year is "Get Active", we want the kids to become active in the community as well as physically active through health and fitness activities.  A strong mind and healthy habits are critical to child development.  Our goal is to raise funds that will allow the kids to give back to the community, travel to National NAACP events and cover operational costs.  The kids would greatly appreciate ANY donation to fund future activities and goals.
