Your Portland Fighting Shockwave women's full-contact football team is headed into their 17th season. We are looking for a 3-peat as the Pacific North Division Champions!
This is where we need your help. We as women football players do not get paid to play...we in fact, have to pay a player fee, and have to cover all of our travel expenses. Our season runs April 7th-June 9th and includes trips to Tacoma and Everett, Washington along with Medford, Oregon and Los Angeles, California.
Playoffs start June 16th. We are focused on winning our division again this season and beyond. Our goal is to make it to Atlanta for the WFA Championship!
Money raised will go towards practice field rentals, a home game stadium, travel and lodging. Also, if we are fortunate enough to raise enough money we will finally be able to replace our current uniforms which are 8 years old. To be able to get new Red/Black uniforms that will truly represent the Portland Fighting Shockwave.
