Our Adoption Journey

Hi! We are Stan and Rebekah Gardner and we have decided to go on an adventure!
But first, let us give you our back story so you better understand where we have come from. Stan and I were married on October 11th 2014. Sadly, a month before we were married I found out that We were not going to be able to conceive and have our own children. We were devastated to hear this but God quickly showed us that we don't need to listen to what the world tells us. In September of 2015 we started trying to have a baby. Month after month went by and negative after negative test went into the trash. In September of 2016 we decided to stop trying. We do hope to persue having children naturally one day but right now we do not feel like that is where God is calling us.
Adoption has always been on our heart. Actually, before we were married in 2014 I had a dream about a little girl we adopted named Olivia Grace Gardner. One really neat thing about this dream though is that in the dream we were beside a pond. I told my husband, stan, about the dream the next day and a couple of hours later he sent me a picture of the pond that was in my dream! I could not believe it! I asked him where this pond was and he told that this pond was on their family farm and the area it was in was called Grace's bottom. HOW CRAZY IS THAT? I had never been on the farm before this so I was blown away.
on August 22nd 2017 Stan and I officially decided that we were going to persue adoption. We have decided to work with a Christian adoption agency called Quiver full adoption agency based in south Carolina. We are over joyed that we will be able to work with them. However, adoption is not easy! It cost a lot of money. Specificlly, for this agency they have given us an amount to raise. Between baby stuff, home study, attornies, medical bills, traveling, and so much more it is not cheap.
We would be so grateful if you would pray about donating any amount you are comfortable with to go towards helping us find our baby. We are so excited to go on this journey but we do need help. Have a blessed day!
