What is Lotus Creations Academy of Performing Arts?
Lotus Creations Academy of Performing Arts is a nonprofit performing arts organization based in Brooklyn, NY. It is our mission to bring the performing arts to every neighborhood in and around NYC.
Our Mission
Lotus Creations Academy strives to encourage the performing arts as a form of expression, communication, and growth. It is our express goal to create an atmosphere where Students can feel free to learn and embrace the industry as aspiring professionals and to gain a lasting appreciation for the performing arts.
By learning and growing with working professionals, our Students will experience the joy and camaraderie of creating works of art together. We aim to inspire the next generation of artists to learn, dance, conquer, and repeat.
Why are we fundraising?
Lotus is in need of our own dance studio. The children are in danger of losing there dance school due to rising rent costs at our current location. Our focus is to secure a studio space to house our students. Currently we have very limited access to our home base because of massive rental restrictions and limited spacing availability. The students are unable to reach their full potential due to lack of consistency in classes. Our goal is to secure a dance space where we have no restrictions to learn, grow and elevate. We really need your help!
