Help Olivia BEAT Leukemia!!!

This week, the LaLoggia family's life was changed completely when they received the heartbreaking news that Olivia has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). It started with Olivia being extremely tired and then Erika and Patrick noticed some unusual bruising on her legs. A visit to the ER turned into the discovery of her Leukemia and immediate admission to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children's Hospital of Orange County. This is a very serious disease but Olivia is in great hands at CHOC. She has a great team caring for her in addition to the love and support of her parents, family and friends.
By the grace of God, we received good news that, based on preliminary tests, the Leukemia does not appear to have spread to Olivia's spinal and brain fluid! We are so thankful for this blessing and pray that this continues to be the case. We know that all of the praying being done for Olivia by all of you that love her is working. Please keep praying!
Olivia is currently undergoing Chemotherapy that will last for approximately 2 years. Olivia won't be able to return to school for at least 6-8 months depending on how her treatment progresses. During her treatment, Erika is going to be handling the daily care of Olivia, preventing her from working during this time.
As friends and family are learning this news, many are asking what they can do to help. For those that are able, I am asking for support in any way possible. No matter how large or small, your individual gift can make a real impact and give them one less thing to worry about during this difficult time. All money raised will go directly to the LaLoggia family to help with medical bills in addition to their normal expenses.

They know that they are not alone in this. Please say a special prayer for little brother Enzo who misses his partner in crime and can only understand that his sister is sick and can't come home right now.
