Many in the Groton community were saddened by the passing of K9 Lola, a 6 year member of the Groton Police Department.
After weeks of treatment, and despite every effort by her doctors, the cancer had spread to other organs in her body.
K9 Lola lost her battle with cancer on December 4, 2018.
She was surrounded by her Groton Police family, her K9 family and her partner right up until the end.
Rest In Peace K9 Lola. We will miss you.

Although we know Lola will never be forgotten, we would like to help our local men and women of the Groton Police Department purchase a new K9 and pay for associated costs.
