Noelle's Chariot Awaits!

My daughter Noelle was born with a rare brain anomaly, Alobar Holoprosencephaly. This diagnosis is deemed "incompatible with life". But to know Noelle, you would know that she is MORE THAN CAPABLE AT LIFE!! She has overcome the worst medical scenarios, including hydrocephalus, Cerebral Palsey, Epilepsy, Scoliosis and blindness just to name a few. She is a vibrant, easy going, happy little princess! Noelle is thriving so much so that she is just about 50lbs, almost 3 1/2 feet and approaching her 8th birthday! All this despite most babies with this anomaly die inutero or do not make it past the first 4-5 months!
I bring all of this to your attention because Noelle has hit a road block that is out of her control. And we desperately need your help! Because Noelle IS doing so well, and growing SO much, and working so hard in her gait trainer to walk, YES, Noelle is walking!, her hip has become displaced. Noelle must have this hip operated on this week! It is a very involved surgery and she will be hospitalized for at least a week. But her recovery will take months. When she comes home she will be in a large cast. The only means to get her home would be via an ambulance. In fact the only way to get her around to school, church or any occasion would be via ambulance. This sounds ridiculous right?
Since Noelle has thrived so well and has gotten so big, our family has been searching for a handicap vehicle for some time. We found one! But sadly, we were severely mislead with regard to the condition of the van! It turns out it needs extensive engine repairs as well as repairs to the door that supports the ramp. If we could get this van up and running, Noelle would have a SAFE, LEGAL and accommodating way to travel.
It pains me that due to our already outstanding medical bills, and the fact that my husband was just laid off, that we cannot provide this basic, yet critical need for our daughter. But we are desperate and therefore reaching out to the community. If you are in a place where you can donate, we would be forever grateful!! if not would you please say a prayer for our need?
