NORTH AMERICAN BARBARIANS YOUTH 7s to DUBAI INTERNATIONAL - NOV 30-DEC 2
ATTENTION all North American Rugby Supporters - The North American Barbarians Selects has accepted their invitation to participate in the Dubai 7s in the Under 19 International Boys division Nov 30-Dec 2, 2017. With the help of academy and university coaches spanning the continent, our coaching staff has assembled a travelling team of 14 players (12 travelers) who will compete against development squads of the best teams in the world. This event will give exposure to our North American athletes from Championship such teams as EIRA, High School All Americans, Atlantis, Atavus, and the Celtic Barbarians. The Dubai 7s will put our players on the grand stage in front of International selectors, collegiate scouts, and open doors and opportunities for higher education and higher levels of competition.

The N.A. Barbarians 7s are the first team in Canada or USA to be invited to the Dubai 7s and we are honored to have excited coaches, managers, and players from both countries working together. There has been overwhelming cooperation across the borders to ensure the top athletes were selected.
Coaching Staff
Our staff for this trip has a wealth of 7s touring experience both as International players and coaches.
This opportunity is also very expensive. Each player has committed to bearing the full costs of travel to Dubai averaging $2,400 USD per player. We expect these players to work as hard to fund the tour as they do on the rugby pitch. You can help alleviate some of the burden these students are facing through your generous donation.
