Please Help My Mommy

Please help my Mommy. She's been sick. She's always in a lot pain from having a bunch of surgeries, and she also has seizures and tremors everyday that makes her collapse a lot. She used to be in the Air Force but can't work anymore because she is very sick. My daddy was also in the Air Force but he doesn't work either since he stays home as my mommy's caregiver. We had to move so my mom and dad used all their money to rent a new home and pay expensive medical bills. They don't have enough money to buy food so we go to the food pantry but we can only go once a month so we don't have much food left. My mom is trying to pay to get our dogs trained to be a service animals so they can help her with her seizures, PTSD, suicidal thoughts and some other stuff but we can barely afford to pay the trainer.  She also needs help fixing the car, getting it registered, getting enough gas to make her doctor appointments and to pay for her medicine. I know Santa isn't real and my mom and dad buy the gifts but they already told me that they can't buy anything this year so they tried doing Toys for Tots but we missed the time to put in an application. If anyone can donate toys for my younger sister Sarah, and my 2 younger brothers TJ and Jimmy I would be very happy because they still believe in Santa. Please if anyone can help can you please help my mommy.  She's always helped everyone her entire life by doing nice things for them and also having other people live with us when they needed a place to stay but her friends never see her anymore after she got sick and no one is able to help her when she needs help. She doesn't like to ask for any help either. I want my mommy to be able to have fun and be happy like she used to be. She calls everyone who helps a person an angel.  Can you please be her angel? Thank you.

My PapPap is very very sick so Mommy wants to go visit him in the Phillipines but she can't afford to take us. He lives in a hospital because he's so sick and had heart surgery not that long ago. Mommy says he might not have much time left. He used to be in the military too like my parents but retired from the Army instead.
