Miss T. Ontario: Free The Children

Michela is an energetic and goal oriented teen who has found a passion for acting, gymnastics and volunteering. Often viewed as a role model in her community, Michela continuously shares her compassion with others on a regular basis. With the hopes of traveling abroad to teach impoverished children English, Michela works closely with Free The Children and her own charity project called Diapers4Smiles. This positive thinker never stops working hard until she has achieved her goals and is always found putting in her 110% into everything that she does. Changing the world can be difficult, but Michela has proven that anything is possible with a little bit of determination.

As Miss Teenage Ontario 2015, Michela is striving to make a difference in the lives of many children. To do so, she is fundraising for Free The Children; an international charity and educational partner, working both domestically and internationally to empower and enable youth to be agents of change. Hosting her own events and through advocating for the charity, Michela hopes to raise over $10,000 by the time she attends Nationals in August. At Nationals, Michela will be competing for the title of Miss Teenage Canada where she will use that title to advocate for Free The Children.
