Hello Friends, Family, and Supporters!
My name is Tayonna L Jones and I am your Miss Black USA Florida Talented Teen 2012. I am raising funds for my wonderful journey to become your next Miss Black USA Talented Teen. Any funds raised in excess of my goal will be used to help support many of the organizations I help throughout my reign.
As a 5 time winner of the Gold Presidential Service Award and the 2012 winner of the President Lifetime Achievement award in service, helping my community is a life long mission for me. As a 15 year old full time college student, Academics falls highly within my priorities as well. This is a scholarship pageant so having appeared on the game show Jeopardy, and earning all my high school credits by the time I was in 10th grade as well as many other academic achievements would highly qualify me for this scholarship opportunity.

As your new Miss Black USA Talented Teen, I plan to use my title to continue to make a difference in my community and among youths nationwide. Whether it is helping The National Lupus Foundation, GLSEN, Make a Wish Foundation, TRIO, or Tayonna's Teen closet I am committed to helping others.
I chose to compete in the Miss Black USA Talented Teen pageant because its not about the outward appearance, but the substance within the woman. This pageant showcases the power, intelligence and talent of women of color. Having been apart of many other beauty pageants, this is the one that really focuses on the heart and soul of a woman. This is why winning this competition means so much to me.
As your former Miss Earth Orlando, Miss Orange County International, Miss Citrus Orlando, Miss Living Doll Florida, and Miss Southern Elite, I am looking forward to representing Florida at Nationals. I know I have the experience, poise and determination needed to win the crown!
