MeoowzResQ-Kitten Rescue

MeoowzResQ is a 501(c)3 non-profit kitten rescue located in Orange County California.
We are 100% volunteer run. We currently have nearly 700 kitties in our almost 200 foster homes.
We take kitties that are bottle fed, orphaned, moms with babies, sick and/or injured from high kill shelters that would otherwise be euthanized. MeoowzResQ takes kitties that most other rescues cannot take because of their medical care and costs involved. Thanks to our partnered vets we are able to take these cases and have them cared and nursed back to health.
MeoowzResQ is one of the few rescues that provide all food and litter to our foster parents. Our weekly food budget is about $700 a week.
MeoowzResQ is partnered with several veterinarian hospitals and on average our weekly bill is about $1000 per office. These are for sick and injured kitties only.
MeoowzResQ spay/neuters all kitties before adoption and this can average anywhere between $1000- $2500 a week.
