McQueen Foundation

Hello, my name is Dishambra McQueen.   Not long ago, I was homeless and sleeping in my truck at Wal-Mart. I  made  a  deal with God in the midst of  my  struggle;  if  he  would  bless  me with  a  place  to  call  home and a  job  so  I  could support myself, I would tell the world about him and how he changed my life. That is exactly what I am doing. My mission is to minister across the world and feed the homeless and low income families. I believe the Lord has a purpose for me and I am 100% commited to walking the  path  He has given me. The McQueen Foundation  is  a  hands-on mission: we  walk  the streets praying, feeding, and clothing the homeless and with your support, we can do even more, When I was homeless, all I wanted was for someone to see my need and walk up to me and say "here you go". Now, The McQueen Foundation is that someone to  everyone.   Every other month The McQueen Foundation has events for the community and as we more closer to November, I am beginning the preparations for Thanksgiving dinner. "Let's Make the World a Better Place Together" is the name and theme of my Thanksgiving  plans. The McQueen Foundation will perpare and serve dinner to the homeless who are presently residing under an overpass. Because of the sheer number of those who will benefit from this dinner, I am going to need to prepare 15-20 turkeys as well as all of the side dishes to make sure everyone has a full meal. I will also be taking  clothing, especially  sock, donations to hand out on Thanksgiving  Day while everyone eats.   Please consider donating to help me pursue the life that God  has in store for me.
