As you have all heard by now, Markus was seriously injured on Friday, July 21st. A collision took place between a city bus and a car in St. Paul around 7:30 pm. Markus was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he has been receiving the best possible medical care.
Markus was in a medically induced coma for almost two weeks. He is now awake and is beginning physical therapy to help him regain his strength and muscle, but also some motor skills that his brain has "forgotten". If you would like to keep up w/ his journey then please check out:

Although the initial goal was simply to raise money to buy Markus a phone. You all have surpassed that goal, and his family and I have realized just how long this journey is going to be. So now, all of the money donated to this GoFundMe goes directly into Markus's account for him to use for whatever he needs.
I have told Markus about all of the love and support he has been receiving, and the look on his face was priceless. This is much more than money, and we are all grateful for all of you guys! Thank you for your continued support and donation, and God bless!
