SUPPORT YOUTH DANCE AND PERFORMING ARTS
Malko Dance Academy (501c3) is a youth ballroom dancesport academy and theater company. We believe that all children should have the opportunity to express themselves through the musical arts. Celebrating our 10 year anniversary, we're giving young students the chance to act and dance in a full theatrical production by performing one of the most beloved stories, "Alice in Wonderland," with our own modern twist. The performance will be held at Folsom Three Stages, Harris Center for the Arts.
All proceeds raised will go directly to benefit our talented youth dance and theater team. All dollars raised will be exclusively used for the cost of producing professionally made costumes and masks just like the famous Cheshire Cat, Rabbit and the Queen of Hearts.
Being that our event is taking place on June 17, 2018, funds are needed as soon as possible to begin creating costumes and masks. We hope to have enough time to have them made.
As the Executive Director and Producer of our play, your support is greatly appreciated and provides children with the creative outlets they need in order to release their inner talents. I coach each and every one of our students to ensure they feel valued for what they are doing.
As for our appreciation and gratitude for all of our sponsors and donors, we will be producing a brochure to acknowledge all of our supporters. We will also showcase our supporters on our website and facebook page. For local donations, we will offer complimentary tickets to our June event.
