Hello Everyone!
This GoFundMePage Specifically funds the following LONDON project. Please note, as of 2/22/16, the NYC goal of $1100 was reached, and now my goal is to raise the remaining $2000+ to get to London. I'm also accepting frequent flier miles! The sooner I can buy this London ticket, the more affordable it will be.

April 18: Lecture on mentalism at The Magic Circle, London
I have been trying to perform/lecture for this exclusive international magic club for A COUPLE OF DECADES now. Finally, someone cancelled their performance, and I was invited to lecture. Of course I accept!!!! I'll be lecturing these exclusive magical members on mindreading within entertainment, which I'm REALLY good at.
Funding pays for airfare, ground transportation, basic expenses, and time to complete my new mentalism book to be released in London April 18th.
NO OTHER MAGICIAN IN HISTORY shares my provacative vision. My performance art, where I wear become different stage magic icons and personas, comments on power structure according to costume, and patriarchal expectations. My work as an author, playwright, and storyteller, are autobiographical, and centered around the theme of theatrical magic, in order to make polarizing conversations about race, gender, and colonization accessible to a wider audience.
These ideas challenge the status quo, which is why I pursue opportunities such as playwrighting, prose, storytelling, and performance art.
My funding goal also includes the GofundMe and WePay fees of 9% that this site accrues. Although that sucks, people do donate to this site because it's instant, and to date, no one so far has donated outside of this site, so it's just the price of doing fundraising.
These April dates are coming up VERY QUICKLY. I fund my passion projects with my income as a professional hypnotist and mentalist performing at corporate, college, and private events. Opportunities in all these fields are approaching quickly—but as a single mother, I sometimes find it hard to take advantage of them. My friends, fans, and supporters tell me to KEEP GOING!!!!

With fan funding, I’ll be able to keep questioning the status quo. I will be able to be a part of the global conversation artists are having today. I’ll be able to develop my marketing and sell my products, carve out time to take advantage of these upcoming incredible speaking opportunities, and fly to New York and London to create significant artistic and professional development.
