Assist Local Military and Families

The Military and Veterans Resource Coalition (MVRC) is where heads, hearts, and actions unite to catalyze impactful relationships, eradicate disconnect, between those who served, their families, and the community.

Using a coalition of collaborative partnerships in the Triangle, MVRC bridges the divide between those who served and their families and the community.

Our goal is to improve awareness of, communication about, and access to supports that enhance well-being during service and in civilian life through collaborations among local organizations and individuals. 

MVRC directly serves current and former military and families by providing: 

*Case Management for Immediate Needs
*Access to Local and National Resources with one phone call or email
*Emergency support, and funding, when needed. 

MVRC develops a comprehensive community for military, veterans and families by:

*leading educational iniatives for civilians and organizations to learn how to support military and families.
*developing and executing a series of best practices for organizations currently asissting military and families
*"Filling Gaps": Working with our 200 coalition partners to identify needed resources and current barriers to care, and cultivating avenues to support the need.
