We believe in customer's dreams, we believe in their vision, but most of all, we believe in our customers. We believe that we can make a difference for a variety of individuals, businesses and families across the socioeconomic paradigm with an ultimate vision of rebuilding communities through entrepreneurship, personal/professional growth and enhanced economic capital. We seek customers and partners not clients...We are not above them; we want to be with them every step of the way. Our success is tied into their success and satisfaction through creating a positive impact is our number one goal. 

Greetings friends, family, colleagues, and other visitors. I have always wanted to start a company that will allow me to help individuals, businesses and communities to be more successful by achieving their goals. I have also wanted to do my part to help veterans transition from military to civilian life. That company will be called MTE Creative Solutions. MTE is hoping to change the consulting paradigm. It is not about what we do; it is about WHY we do it.

About the Managing Director:
Patrick Edwards has a BBA in Marketing (concentration in advertising) from Georgia State University and over 9 years strategic marketing experience in the following areas: branding offices, departments, concepts and events; marketing research; customer/client acquisition; marketing campaigns and concepts; social media strategy; and business plan writing and presentations.

Patrick holds a Master of Science degree in Higher Education from Florida State University and a PhD in Education Leadership from Mercer University and has 8 years military experience (US Marines). This combination of education and military experience (14 years professional experience) has equipped him with a variety of training experiences in the follow areas leadership/personal development, team building & group dynamics, organization behavior, managing/supervision, career services, visioning, public speaking, and other organizational areas. Patrick has also served as lead facilitator for a variety of leadership development initiatives and has even personally developed initiatives to train hundreds of individual throughout his career. 

Patrick has over 10 years event planning experience with both large scale and small scale events. These include events such as concerts, homecoming activities, themed parties, award banquets, receptions, formal events, and others. Patrick has also consulted on events in the educational sector for over 6 years as a primary responsibility for various organizations looking for event advice.
