Nephew Twins Hospital Bills

My name is Maria Belmonte I am the aunt to my nephew, Earl Obis Lucillo and his loving wife Camille Eunice Lucillo, which we are pleading for your help on any level. Here is what's happened:
Camille Eunice Lucillo is from Naga City, Philippines, a mother of beautiful twin girls who were recently born February 13, 2016. Unfortunately, they were born premature (only 27 weeks old.) We thank the loving hand of our God that these two spirits were brought into this world. Elene and Eanna were placed in an incubator for more than a month and had extreme complications; including pneumonia and sepsis. Camille would just stare at these two innocent gifts from God as a mother ask why ask, "Why is this happening God?" Camille was crying yet hopefully always turning to God saying in her heart "Dear God save my babies." She couldn't stop crying at night pleading with God. It was a hard time for all the family especially Camille knowing Elene and Eanna had to stay in the hospital for two months without being able to even touch her babies. Earl has done his best during this time comforting his wife because Camille couldn't be with them when they needed her the most.
Camille and Earl are in desperate need of any help you can give toward the hospital bill that totals now $13,591.25 Camille and Earl have already sought help from other government organizations in the Philippines, The amount they received was $2,326.08; which is not enough to pay the bill. We all can pull together with this being an opportunity raise needed money for the hospital bill. Earl and Camille did their best preparing for their pregnancy, but they did not expect to have the twins born so prematurely. Elene, the first who came into this world was delivered through normal delivery while Eanna, the second daughter, was delivered through Cesarean Section. The money was soon gone and the hospital bill climbed rapidly for everything that was needed; delivery, doctor's fee, incubator fee. (See the Hospital Bill Below. She and her husband are employed, but their salaries cannot cover the entire hospital bill.
Their twin daughters underwent a series of tests that most premature babies undergo before discharge. Elene is healthy and has no problems, but Eanna was diagnosed with a cyst in her brain, Periventricular Leukomalacia Grade II. We hope and pray that we can fight this diagnosis and that it won't affect her brain development or lead to a more serious disorder. They were discharged last April 13, 2016 exactly 2 months from their birth. Despite being able to go home with their parents, they left their hospital bill not fully paid and agreed to a promissory note of 6 months to pay the bill in full. Their goal is to raise the total amount of $40,000 including the unpaid hospital bill and for the continuous medications of the twins and the series of test and therapy for Eanna. They are not asking for any exact amount from you, but hope that you can help them in any way possible. Even $1,$5, or $10 will help toward the hospital bill. The change in your car or couch we will accept. We are not looking at a hand out but a hand up. Brothers and Sisters please help us.
Together we may overcome this challenge through faith and hope knowing these two beautiful girls will grow up to do something wonderful someday. We are all forever indebted to our God who gives us all that we have because he can never give us too much. Let us be charitable to others in our life when we can and to help also others who are in need.
