Jesse Moore's Wheels for Love

We are trying to fund a wheelchair accessible van for Jesse, our youngest son, who has cerebal palsy,a seizure disorder,and many other issues, including g-tube feeding with a special diet for seizure control. Jesse is an amazing little boy, who is full of love and smiles for everyone, despite having been hospitilized 60 times in his 19 years! He has currently reached his goal weight and we are often unable to take Jesse out in the world due to not having a vehicle with a lift. We currently use a bicycle rack to try to bring his wheelchair and I am unable to transport him myself because he is too heavy and I cannot lift his wheelchair. We are excited to take Jesse out, travelling to his many specialist appointments and to visit his brothers and other family, and to share his joy in life and living. We are grateful for any help, as we have been struggling to travel with our sweet boy. Thank you for any help as we are in need.
