Logan's Journey...Our Little Angel
Hello, My name is Arby Karnes. I have had the honor of being Logan Gene Karnes' aunt. Our little Logan, started off his life on March 3, 2015. From the first day of his life he has been a fighter. Nothing has been easy for him!
For all who would like to attend, logan's visitation will be at Charter funeral home (off shawnee mission parkway) on Thursday from 4pm-7am. And the funeral service will be held at St.joesph church (off johnson dr) on Friday morning at 11am. Thank you all for the love,prayers and support.

Today we were told at the hospital that Logan has come to the end of his journey.... His sweet little soul is telling us that his body has fought hard, but he is tired and needs to rest now.
Taylor and Maggie (Logans Daddy and Mommy) have advocated 24/7 to keep Logan thriving and alive. But even with all the medical & emotional support that they have there is no more time... today our hearts are shattered.
We have always called ourselves Logan's prayer warriors, but Taylor and Maggie need more than prayers during this most horrific time, they need financial help!
Taylor has taken an unpaid leave of absence from his job to spend these last days with Logan and the family. Maggie is currently pregnant with Logan's little sister, Helen Elizabeth Karnes, due in October. And will be seeking employment once Helen is born.
As we all know surviving on 1 income is tough for any family but with a special needs child it is VERY expensive!! The electric bill alone is $450 a month! We are not a family that asks for anything. We are givers by nature, but today I ask for all of you to show support for this family.
