2018 has been a rough year for yours truly. I spent the year struggling to make things happen, and as many of you know my job was not the most stable place to try and work through things. It was part time, and I have been moving things around a lot just to make ends meet.
Unfortunately, my very personal battle to keep my job and to elevate my financial situation came to a head about 6 weeks ago. I lost that job, and with it, my meager income. Unemployment is not gonna happen. Bills are piling up, and although I have some prospects in the new job department, it will be a few more weeks before I know anything for sure.
Because of that, I'm now in a situation where my health is starting to become a factor because of my stress, bills are piling up, and a surprise leak in my roof has me scrambling to maintain my sanity. I'm not one to ask for help, in fact, I hate doing so. Anyone who knows me knows I'd rather be the one to help someone else, but at this point I'm not sure I have any other choice. Even as I continue my job search, my laptop is acting up. Things that were minor issues for me two months ago are now becoming major and I'm hoping the support of family and friends can help me make it over the hump. Any little bit helps, as there are so many things to get done in a short period of time. There's more I could say but I'd rather not at this point, if only to protect my personal space. However, if you have a question as to the details, you can inbox me and I will discuss it further.
The funds will go to keeping bills up to date through December and toward getting this roof repaired, as well as other expenses as I continue these interviews and do my very best to get above water.
