Carrie Lindstrom Memorial Tourney

In April of 2016, I lost my mother to her fight with lung cancer at the young age of 52. I decided I wanted to do more in her memory and that is why this year will be the first annual Carrie Lindstrom Memorial Golf Tournament. It will take place on Aug 5th, 2017 at Southern Hills Golf Course in Farmington, MN. Our goal is to raise $10,000 dollars that will be donated to A Breathe of Hope Lung Foundation in the name of Carrie Lindstrom. Carrie was an amazing mother, daughter, wife, sister, aunt, and friend and she would be honored if you would participate in a golf tournament in her honor that goes towards such a good cause. 

Here are the details;


With a 12PM (Noon) shotgun start, please arrive before 11:30AM for registration.  The tournament will be a four person scramble, so feel free to sign up your entire foursome for $400 or pay indivually. In the comments section, please leave the names of the players you will be playing with. Please note, there will be a 2.9% tax + .30 cents transaction fee. If you would like to sign up for dinner only, donate $25 and your name.
