Evangelism & Basketball in Chad

My name is Jordan Saddoris and I am a 20 year old business management major/basketball player for Central College in Pella, Iowa. This March I will make my 5th trip back to Africa and second back to Chad. Why Chad? It is the nation with the most unreached people groups on earth. Meaning that hundreds of thousands of people in this nation have yet to hear that Jesus has risen and thats what I strive to change through God's gift of basketball. Over 125 coaches, athletes, and trainers from all over the nations of Chad, Libya, and Central African Republic will come together as they allow myself and two other men to not only improve their basketball skills but more importantly hear the Gospel for the first time. During my first trip to Chad in 2015 over 30 people gave their lives to Christ and hundreds more heard the Word of God for the very first time. 

I am seeking support to make this return possible. To allow me to continue to be one of God's tools to bring light to the darkness. Over the course of the next two and a half weeks I will be publicly sharing, for the first time ever, my personal journals and pictures from my time in Africa last year. These are the stories of people like Marc, Umar, Mahmout, and ofcourse Mustafa. I how a look inside this journey will help share a better understanding of the beautiful people of Chad and I pray that, even if you are unable to give, you will share these stories of God's magnificent workings in Chad with your friends and family.
