Lester's Leukemia

We first got the diagnosis for our then-2-year-old son Lester back in August of 2016. After a year of Chemotherapy and a Bone Marrow Transplant, Lester's leukemia has come back a 3rd time and unfortunately due to it's aggression, there is nothing further we can do. We are taking him home from the hosptial for End of Life and Hospice care. Our immediate goals are solely to spend as much time together as a family (Me, my wife Megan, Lester, and our youngest son Malcolm) and keep Lesters quality of life as high as possible.

This GoFundMe will be to cover:

$6000 - Monthly Expenses, including Rent, Bills, Groceries for being away from work for 2 months

$10,000 - Various End of Life expenses that our insurance doesn't cover that we need to prepare for.

If there is a significant overage in financial giving, we will be buying various Dinosaur toys for City of Hope to give to other cancer kids, and possibly general donations to Cancer Organizations.

EDIT:

We will also be using some of the funding we've raised for counseling services, as well as other End of Life costs that we previously did not account for.

P.S. - The campaign is listed at 4 Months Old because we initially wanted to switch to this for our funding needs instead of the PayPal link we were previously using. We ended up not using it all until 10/7/2017.
