The family of Le'Toya Ramseure would like to ask loved ones, friends, groups and organizations to help support Le' Toya, & her mother Rashena with Legal Fee's and housing Le'Toya was in a physically abusive relationship with her daughter's father which unfortunately ended fatally On July 12, 2018, Le'Toya was forced to defend herself and her mother. Le'Toya is deeply saddened that she and her mother’s survival had to come at such a tragic lost of someone whom they all loved dearly.
Legal Fees for Micheal Coard are as follows Pre-Trial $15,000 & Trial which is $30,000 For the Criminal Homicide Case. Micheal Coard has been an awesome lawyer & these fee's are to compensate his staff and investigators for the case. It has been so hard to pay him due to the family losing everything because of death threats made to the family we had to make a tough decision to relocate outside of Philadelphia. Resulting in leaving our home and jobs behind for our safety Rashena worked at Woman Against Abuse and Le'toya worked as a Home Health Aide she was in Medical Assistance School to further her education. With the wonderful Help of Philadelphia & Community Bail Letoya's bail was paid she is currently starting the pre-trial phrase of court. proceedings Nov,14,2018 .Due to this open case is has been very hard for her to obtain employment however with A Powerful Advocate Team of TCRC (the center for returning citizens) & Ardella's House whom has been here every step of the way they were able to assist Le'toya in obtaining employment. However even with that we still cant afford the legal fees associated with ensuring that Letoya will remain free with her 9yr old daughter where she belongs. Letoya has never been in trouble with the law she was a hard worker a mother and a good citizen. LeToya is an innocent Domestic Violence Survivor a victim should never be placed behind bars.
