Lauren was 22 years old when she sadly passed away, she had suffered with mental health for many years, and had spoken about the help and therapy that she received when therapy dogs came to the hospitals to visit.Lauren always had a love for animals and was completing a veterinary assistance degree.Lauren spoke of her future and how she wanted to help others that had been in the same situation as her, Lauren always helped others before herself. For Lauren’s memory and to continue her support to others we are going to have a therapy dog in her name, that will live with her family and will be continuing to help others by spending time with them whether in Hospital, schools, specialist wards, care homes, or anywhere someone needs that support lala (Dog) will be there. The money raised will go towards the cost of a pedigree dog and the training to make it suitable to be a therapy dog and continue Lauren’s legacy.
