Last wish for Nana (Cynthia Hagan)

Cynthia Hagan mother of 5 Nana to 9.In 2006 she was diagnosed with breast cancer. In 2012 it returned and it had Metastasis into her sternum and around her heart. Over the last 2 years she has done chemo, radiation, and surgery but it has not helped.It has now spread to her brain. Her doctors recently told her there is nothing more they can do. She also lost her mother and brother this last year. She also lost her home in the Clover fire in Sept. Saying this has been a tough year is an understatement. Still she has stayed hopeful. Her wish is to take her family on vacation. She wants a vacation so she can see everyone smiling and having fun!! Raising 5 kids didn't leave much money and she has never been able to take her family on vacation. Can you please help bring a last wish to life for an amazing Nana and mom. We would be so appreciative and eternally grateful to you to know she got her last wish and to see her happy! You are making a wish come true for a very special person!!!!!
