Help Me Pay for my LASIK

I am raising money for Lasik Eye Surgery for myself.  I have worn glasses since I was 8 or nine and contacts for years.  Now I am intolerant to contacts and I have a condition called Meniere\'s. 

This condition causes my world to spin out of control.  Sometimes, simple things like spots on my lenses or shifts of focus from my glasses slipping contribute to my vertigo.   If i have to get up in the middle of the night, sometimes I get very disoriented with the Meniere\'s and cannot figure out the way to the bathroom.  I can\'t even figure out how to get to the nightstand to get my glasses.   

Not only do I want to be eyeglasses free because of the meniere\'s, but because I have had them for so long...I want to be free of these glasses and see the world with my own eyes.   

The money collected will go towards surgery from a reputable surgeon in the Tennessee area.  Any extra over the 5000 will be out of pocket.  If I get a more reasonable price, all money donated will go to a cause that goes towards finding a cure for Rheumatoid Arthritis.  I am also going to set up a separate donation site for this as my mother and several relatives suffer from horrible disfiguring disease.
