Last year I spent a few weeks volunteering in Kenya with Africa Yoga Project building school desks in juvenile detention facilities, enjoying time with school children in the slums of Nairobi, and playing yoga with orphans and children of special needs.
This year I have been given the wonderful opportunity to be of service in Laos with Global Impact.
This organization supports developing nations with clean water resources, healthcare, women's health, sustainable gardening and much more.
