7th Annual LAS VEGAS BLACK FILM FESTIVAL

I started the Las Vegas Black Film festival by FAITH after I finished a 4 year college course in Cinema Productions earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. My Vision for the festival was realized After I sat with the same RECRUITER At the college who fed me PIPE DREAMS to get me to enroll at the beginning of my journey... And when I SAT WITH him to get my Marching orders AFTER I graduated with Honors at the top of my class EQUIPT WITH my DEGREE and UNPARALLELED God Given NATURAL Talent. I was told that... “as a black female, the open doors are limited and scarce and I should probably prepare myself for a lot of NO’s ... LET DOWNS ... and perhaps No real rewarding work in my chosen field” . Even though my breath was taken in that moment ... when I exhaled... THE AWARD WINNING LAS VEGAS BLACK FILM FESTIVAL was birthed . Not just for me... but for ALL indie Filmmakers who has had their breath taken .... while in pursuit of a Dream.... in the film industry I WILL NEVER QUIT... and since I graduated in 2013 I have BREATHED LIFE into a NEW feature film every single year. YESSS... I have written, produced, directed, cinematography, edit, and presented a PREMIER MOVIE every year .... PLEASE make a Donation TODAY!!!
