LEAD Palestine - The Next Step

On August 17th, we wrapped up our last day of the LEAD Palestine 2017 summer camp. It was an incredible experience full of fun, laughs, growth and invaulable lessons for all that took part.
We were able to hire 6 Palestinian university students who served as the camp counselors throughout the duration of the camp and have since transitioned into a year-round mentorship role. These mentors, Ahmad, Majd, Muaz, Bayan, Hassan and Fatima are critical components to ensuring the long-term impact of LEAD Palestine.
However, our work isn't done yet. We are just getting started and we need your help.
We are now preparing our next steps as an organization. One of the most improtant parts of this growth is to officially register as a non-profit 501c3. Your support will help cover the registration and legal fees associated with this process.
We also want to continue to help support the Social Development Center in New Askar Refugee camp. This is the location where we hosted our camp this past summer and serves as a community center for all of the youth in New Askar refugee camp. Your donations will put us in a position to better support the social development center in the coming years, God willing.
As an organization we are looking to scale our efforts to more refugee camps in the West Bank. This requires more expertise, resources, and team members. Your generous donations will help us scale our work in an effective, meaningful and sustainable way.
