My name is kimonica, I am 34 years old. I started my weight lost journey July 5th 2010. On July 4th, I saw myself for the first time, while flipping through an album of a recent party, I noticed I was twice the size of everyone. The next morning I decided to save my life.
I was so angry with myself I started off cold turkey, no sweets, no drinks, no chips etc. That didn't last long, I soon realize I had to find balance so that I could survive the long haul.
I realize moderation was the key, along with several natural supplements.
While on my journey I got into a relationship with a guy that I soon realize was not healthy, mentally or physically. I was in that relationship for about an year, while in that relationship my journey came to a halt. After several crazy relationship events, that relationship ended. I was soon back on track and focused on my journey. My goal was to lose 300 pounds. After 6 years of hard work and dedication I have reached my goal.
Now that I have reached my goal, I have a lot of loose skin. Having your boob getting stuck in the door, is not the best way to start your morning. llolll and lets not talk about chafing.
