Kendra's Skating Career (2017)
Donation protected
Kendra started ice skating when she was invited to a birthday party at the ice rink in kindergarten. She fell in love with the sport and over the past few years has really developed into a true competitor.
In 2017, Kendra hopes to compete at the Preliminary level and travel to out-of-state competitions in California.
It is time for new skates, and that will be close to $1000 for the boots and blades to support her jumps. We would also like to send her to a summer camp for an imersive week of skating and off-ice training in Colorado.
Every kid has Olympic-size dreams, and Kendra has her eye on the 2022 Winter Games! We would be eternally grateful for any contribution you can make to help her along this journey.
Figure skating has done so much for this little girl. She is poised and confident. She has taken some tumbles and picked herself up to keep going. She can enter the rink in a bad mood and within minutes of stepping on the ice her face is filled with a joyful smile. Please consider a contribution to support her talents.
